One install holds many businesses. Each business has its own books, people, and tenants, with statements split by leasing and by shop.

Ledger was built for an owner who leases space to tenants and also runs shops of their own.

The books split by center, so the same business can show one statement for the leasing side and one for each shop. Leasing is every tenant added together, and each shop has its own daily sales, services, and income statement.
